We don’t sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of today. How to make a request.
This is where you would opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. At AllergyNest there is nothing to opt out of today.
Where things stand
- We don’t sell personal information.
- We don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We don’t use it for targeted advertising or profiling.
- We don’t use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to provide the site.
You are already opted out of all of these. You don’t need to do anything.
Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising. We do neither, so there is nothing of that kind to switch off. If we ever add advertising, a GPC signal will be treated as an opt-out.
Visit counts
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which identifies no one and shows us only totals. If your browser sends a GPC signal or a “Do Not Track” signal, your visit isn’t counted at all. Our Privacy Policy lists exactly what the counter records.
Make a request anyway
You can still ask us to confirm that we don’t sell or share your personal information, or use any of your other rights. Email hello@allergynest.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend this once, by up to 45 more days, and we will tell you why.
Your rights
Wherever you live in the United States, you can ask to know and access your personal information, get a copy, correct it or delete it, and opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising and profiling. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights. You can use an authorized agent, and you can appeal if we decline a request. The “Your rights” section of our Privacy Policy explains each right and how we handle requests.
If we add advertising
If we ever add advertising, this page will carry the controls. Before adding any advertising cookies or tags, we will update our policies and give you the choices the law requires.
