What this can and can’t tell you
- The levels are Google’s modeled pollen index, from 0 to 5, for each metro. They’re a forecast for the area, not pollen counts measured there. How the index works
- “In season” is Google’s own flag for each plant in each metro. A plant can be in season with a low level, on a rainy day for example.
- Google’s forecast covers a set list of plants. Other plants, and mold, aren’t in it, so they can’t appear here.
- Each metro is counted for its own local date.
